Tony developed this workout when he was training US Soldiers. In fact, the warrior workout is now a familiar style with militaries all over the world! This workout consists of 3 intensive rounds of exercise, with 2 water breaks in between…

No equipment will be needed. Just some gravity and your own body weight. Every round will consist of explosive upper body, lower body and core exercises. The kind of moves you will be doing includes elevator push-ups, warrior squat lunges, double uppercuts and more crazy ones!

P90X3 is a 90 day program. You will workout 6 days a week with one day off. Six days might seem quite a lot, but just remember that only 30 minutes of your time will be required per day. By the end of the program, you will be in the best shape of your life!
The best part about the program is its various workout schedules. It gives you the option of going after your desired goal. Typically, the schedules are split into three blocks of four weeks each and the last being five:
The classic schedule is a staple program that will help you add muscle and burn fat. This is especially for beginners or people who don’t have a specific fitness goal in mind. Otherwise, anyone can opt for the classic calendar if overall fitness is what you’re after. Strength, cardio and conditioning training will make up the cycle of this schedule.
